Using Mortgage Caddy
Effective October 1, 2026. Mortgage Caddy is published by Healthstars Technologies Inc. It provides mortgage preparation tools, estimates, document organization and optional AI assistance. By using Mortgage Caddy, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates and AI
Estimates and AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. They are not a commitment to lend or a lender approval. Review your answers and extracted document details, and obtain appropriate professional advice before making financial decisions.
Specialists
Mortgage Caddy does not automatically connect every user to a specialist. You can continue preparing without one. If you accept a valid invitation or a specialist is available for you to choose, review the named recipient and the information and documents to be shared before sending a contact request. An existing confirmed relationship remains available. Choosing a specialist does not itself send a request or share documents.
Your shared account
Mortgage Caddy and WBF use the same account and mortgage service. When you sign in to both apps with the same account, the same authorized mortgage information may be available in each. Changing your password or deleting the shared account affects both apps. Signing out of Mortgage Caddy or uninstalling it does not delete the account.
Use and contact
Use only information and documents you are entitled to provide. Rights in the app, content and underlying services remain with their respective owners and licensors. For help or questions about these Terms, contact Healthstars Technologies Inc. at help@mymortgagecaddy.com.
